TOLEDO, Ohio (AP) — Toledo police say they arrested two Rocket football players outside a bar hours after the team’s 13-10 win at Michigan. A police report says when officers arrived early Sunday, they used mace to break up a crowd of as many as 40 people in the bar’s parking lot.... read more
